Ojedokun finally Dumps ADC, leads his group to PDP in Kajola LG





Prominent groups within the African Democratic Congress (ADC) and Zenith Labour Party (ZLP) in Kajola LG led by Hon. Gbenga Ojedokun; an astute politician cum administrator, grassroots mobiliser and passionate community leader; have finally returned to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
According to OkehoNews source the group, before attending the general meeting of the party which came up on Saturday, 20 February, 2021 at 11.00 am in Ward 1 (Ayetoro), had already met with the local Executive Committee of the party to iron out some issues and finalise their movement to PDP.
Recall that the ADC and the ZLP played significant roles in the coalition that midwifed the electoral victory of Gov. Seyi Makinde and Hon. Akeem Mustapha, (Honourable representing Kajola State Constituency, in 2019 elections). 
Hon. Gbenga Ojedokun at the meeting, lauded the Governor for his welfarist policy and transformational agenda. He further expressed gratitude to the leaders of PDP in Kajola LG for the support and the hands of fellowship extended to his supporters. He then appealed to the leadership of the party for inclusion of his group members in the forthcoming local government and future elections. 
Other members of the group who followed Hon. Ojedokun into PDP are Hon. Isiaka Tijani (a.k.a Awus), Mr. Johnson Olagbenro (a. k. a Odima), Mr. Lasun Agbedeyi, Alfa Dauda among others.
The Vice Chairman of the party, Alhaji Akewusola while receiving the groups into the PDP thanked them on behalf of the Chairman and the entire Excos. He implored them to go to their various wards and continue building the party. He stressed further that the party would not deny them of their rights. The PDP is stronger with every hand on the deck. He concluded.

OJELEYE COMMENDS SENATOR BUHARI ON CONSTITUENCY PROJECTS
